Silent Auction – Bidding opens 2/25 @ 5pm

With the addition of Online Bidding, the silent auction bidding will open on February 25th at 5pm. After purchasing your ticket, you should have received information about setting up your bidder profile.   Once a bid is entered, it may not be removed.   You may collect your items upon leaving at the end of O What a Night on March 3rd.  

If you are not attending O What a Night you may still become a bidder by registering here.  A member of the auction committee will follow-up with you after the event to coordinate a mutually agreeable arrangement for collecting your winning items. 

Auction closes at 9:45PM.  So go bid and have fun!

Live Auction – Bidding starts at 10:00 PM

Items available for bid during the Live Auction may only bid upon at the O What a Night event. The auctioneer may correct or modify the description of any item prior to its sale.  To bid on an item at the event, signal your bid by raising your bidder card, and wait for recognition from the auctioneer.  Valid bids must equal or exceed the opening bid or increased bid as announced by the auctioneer. 

The highest bidder at the time the auctioneer declares the bidding closed wins the item. An auction volunteer will obtain your name, bidder number and signature to verify the winning bid. All aspects of the Live Auction, including resolving questions of priority and procedures, will be determined by the auctioneer, whose decision on all matters will be final.
